Why I like Ironman LX300

  • It’s very sturdy
  • Very reasonably priced for this type of equipment
  • Well-made and well-balanced
  • It has the ankle support that I find much more secure than the other type of fastener
  • Adjustable safety strap clips to the back and prevents it from inverting past a certain point
  • Can take a person weighing 275 pounds or 6 feet 6 inches tall.
  • It weighs a total of 55 pounds when fully assembled.

Minor issues of Ironman LX300

  • It’s easy to put together and an intuitive process, but you don’t notice that until you’re halfway done because the manual has these super complicated diagrams that make it unduly confusing as you go. I got a lot more from just looking at the pictures and using those as a model.
  • This table is ideal for frequent home use, but if you have space, it’s easier to leave it out rather than collapsing it. It may be okay if you just lean it against a wall, but I wouldn’t want to try pulling this thing out from under the bed every day.

Why You Should Buy ? Is This Good To Invest !!

Ironman LX300 Inversion tableInversion tables are a relaxation device that usually provide relief from back pain and spinal issues. So naturally when we ordered the Ironman LX300 we were expecting it to work only if we were experiencing any pain in the lower or upper back region. However, having rocked on it for the past one week, we believe that it is more than just for the back. After a hard day’s work at the office, we now return to the Ironman LX300 and rock up and down releasing all the pent up stress and tension in a jiffy. By the end of our circus sessions, we feel rejuvenated and ready to go another round through the night full of parties or other obligations. Here is how this inversion table manages to achieve all this – sturdy construction, comfortable design and easy usability.

The tubular steel frame looks and feels rigid without weighing too much and its design ensures balance is always maintained regardless of your weight or height. If you weigh below 275 pounds and are no taller than 6 feet 6 inches, the Ironman LX300 can easily accommodate you without giving you the feeling of falling apart. The cushioning for the ankles, legs and support for the back feel very comfortable and easy to lie down on. In fact, when you do rock backwards into a complete 180-degree inversion, you can feel your ankles taking the brunt. It helped to use a few towels with the ankles to reduce the pressure, but if you plan on using the Ironman LX30 intermittently, this will not be necessary. Adjusting the rocking mechanism or the length of the backrest and ankle holder is easy thanks to its single pin design. Although we have used it for just one week, we feel it is made to last as the foam padding retains its shape after use, the tubular steel frame hardly creaks, and you do have a long one year warranty on the entire packaging.

What I wish I knew before I tried putting it together

You can assemble it without help except for the part where you attach the back pad to the frame. For this step, the pad needs to be held facing up, and it’s heavy, so two people are essential, and three would be even better. Be sure that the pivot bars of the frame are positioned so that they slide down into the side slots of the pad from its front to its back. To accomplish this, we had to have one person hold the bars steady while the other lifted the pad up to meet the bars. The pad ends up hanging from the pivot bars if that helps with a visual.

Customer Reviews About Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy

A decent entry level table. Assembles quickly and works fairly well. However, the padding is minimal and the length of the table is about two inches shorter than more expensive Ironman tables, so the end of the table may rest on your lower cranium rather than the midpoint, depending on the length of your legs and the balance point required for the table to quickly rotate for your body. Again, you get what you pay for, and for occasional use this table is beautiful. But if you are a daily user, spend more and get a nicer table.

I am quite surprised I can get a table of this quality for the price (about $120). I’ve used this table about nine sessions so far, and I can already tell something is different. The pain is not as precise and seems to be abating. If you can overlook the minor quirks, this table should serve reliably for years.

Customer reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, with most customers being particularly satisfied with the value of the table and the quality of its construction. Also, many customers have given firsthand evidence of the table’s effectiveness in relieving back pain , with some saying that chronic problems they had been experiencing for several years were showing signs of relief after only a couple inversion therapy sessions.

Conversely, some customers have complained that this model isn’t overly accommodating to taller, larger people, with some commenting that at heights of 6’2’’ and upwards, the head of the user will dangle on the edge of the table. If you happen to be on the taller side, you may have some difficulty with it as it seems this particular model is more fitting for a person of average weight and size.

Others have stated that the ankle rollers aren’t quite as comfortable as they could be, leaving the user uncomfortable if the table is used for longer periods of time.

However, the vast majority of online user reviews for the LX300 are positive, with the product holding average ratings above 4.5 stars out of 5 on several notable online shopping websites.

Overall, if you are currently in the market for a cost-effective, basic inversion therapy table, it would seem the Ironman LX300 is a very worthwhile option. The sturdiness of the engineering behind the table, in addition to the simple construction and the ease of installation and storage make this table a great bargain for those looking for an affordable introduction to the world of inversion therapy and all of the benefits that it offers.

If you have money to spare and are very specific to your wellness demands, it could be recommended to look at the medium to an upper range of inversion tables that are currently available. However, for the average, casual user, the combination of industry standard features with the very affordable price tag make the Ironman LX300 a more-than-worthwhile option.
